All methodologies utilized in the study were carefully aligned with the pertinent regulations and guidelines, ensuring that every facet of the research maintained the highest standards of ethical practice and compliance. This study approval was obtained from the North-West University Health Research Ethics Committee (NWU-HREC) NWU-00178-23-A1, the Ministry of Health in Botswana (reference number HPRD: 6/14/1), and the Lobatse District Health Management Team coordinator, who was the gatekeeper, reference GLDHMT 6/17/II.
