The researchers asked all participant nurses to sign the informed consent to conduct the interview. The nurse's right for voluntary participation was confirmed. Nurses’ personal information was coded for confidentiality of data. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The researchers ensured the confidentiality of the collected data.
