: The study received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Nursing at Helwan University, Egypt (ID.36, date: 03.10.2023). All participants were provided with detailed information about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. Nurses who volunteered to participate gave their written informed consent at least two weeks prior to the intervention. The consent process ensured that participation was entirely voluntary, with participants informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any repercussions on their professional standing. In addition to obtaining informed consent from the participants, the study adhered to ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data protection throughout the research process. Institutional approval was also granted by the participating hospitals, ensuring the study complied with local ethical regulations.
