: The Declaration of Helsinki’s rules and procedures were followed during the research (DoH-Oct2008). The Institutional Research Board (IRB) at the Faculty of Nursing, Zagazig University, approved the study proposal under the code Zu.Nur.REC#:061. Ethical permissions were granted by the relevant organizations at each nursing college involved in the study. The vice deans of the two universities provided written support for the research. All participants signed informed written consent documents and willingly chose to take part in the systematic research team, which implemented strict measures to safeguard the confidentiality of participants.
