: The study was approved by the ethics committee of Lokman Hekim University (Date: 10.18.2022 & No:2022/165), received permission from hospital directorates and adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. The education program informed all nurses that they were supposed to take both the pretest and posttest. They were briefed about the research purpose and procedure. They were also informed that the data would be used only for scientific purposes. Informed consent was obtained from those who agreed to participate in the study.
