: The study proposal underwent review by the Ethical Committee of Mansoura University’s Faculty of Nursing and was approved (Ref. no. 0563), a prerequisite for commencing the current research. The study strictly adhered to local laws, regulations, and the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki to ensure the rights and well-being of all participants. Prior to participation, both written and oral informed consent were obtained after providing a clear explanation of the study’s objectives.
