: Ethical review and approval were waived for this study by the Interdisciplinary Research Ethics Committee of the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Munich because the ethics review committee’s statutes indicated that the study did not require an ethics review. Participation in the study was voluntary and anonymous, the study did not contain any experimental manipulations or involve vulnerable groups, there were no risks in answering the questions, and there were no incentives to participate.
