: Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee, Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University (Approval no: 112/2022) and on objection from the Maldives National Health Research Council to conduct the research. The study was conducted according to the ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants after they received information about the study’s aim and objectives. Participants were informed their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time without giving any explanation.
