Permission for the study was granted by the Ondokuz Mayıs University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval No: 2021/271), and institutional approval was obtained from the Kastamonu Provincial Health Directorate for the sample groups (experimental/control). Prior to the study, verbal and written informed consent was secured from all participants. The study was also registered with Clinical Trials under registration number NCT05866588.
