: Approval from the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the College of Nursing, Zagazig University, Egypt (Approval ID: ZU.Nur.REC#:153) was obtained in March 2024. The study’s objective was clearly communicated to the participants involved, ensuring that all data collected would be utilized solely for research reasons. Also, each participant was notified of their right to decline participation or withdraw from the study before finishing the study materials without facing negative repercussions. The study sought informed written consent from nurses who agreed to participate.
