: This study was conducted based on the principles of the revised Declaration of Helsinki, which is a statement of ethical principles used to guide medical researchers conducting research on human subjects. To comply with the ethical and legal standards of scientific research, ethical clearance was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of National Center for Strategic Research in Medical Education, Tehran, Iran (IR.NASRME.REC.1400.095). All the participants signed the informed consent form after being informed about the objectives and method of the study. Maintaining the confidentiality of information and having the right to withdraw from the study at any time were among ethical principles observed in this study.
