: This study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki []. The concepts of informed consent, confidentiality and data anonymity were explained to the participants in writing, and that the completed and submitted questionnaire would be considered written consent. All participants therefore consented to participation in the study. The Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research was notified and provided recommendations for ensuring conformity with data protection legislation (SIKT 495517). The study was approved by the hospitals. According to Norwegian legislations, ethical approval was not necessary since the survey did not include patients.
