: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Hallym University Institutional Review Board before data collection (No. HIRB-2021-054). Written informed consent regarding the study purpose, which included guaranteed anonymity and confidentiality, was obtained. Only those who voluntarily agreed to participate were included, and participants could withdraw at any time without repercussions. When participants could not deliver the questionnaire to the researcher directly due to their work shift, they were asked to seal it in an envelope for confidentiality.
