: This study was approved by the Eastern Mediterranean University Ethical Committee for evaluation and authorization (approval code: ETK 00-2020-0281). Participating nursing students were written informed consent was obtained online from all participants before starting to answer the questions. The survey was set up so students could not move on to survey questions without their consent to participate in the study and the Declaration of Helsinki was followed at all stages of this research.
