: In conducting this study, the ethical principles set out in the latest revision of the Declaration of Helsinki were strictly adhered to, and the highest standards of ethical conduct were maintained throughout the research process. Permission was obtained from the author who developed the Citizenship Fatigue Scale to conduct the validity and reliability analyses. The research received approval from the Ethics Committee of Social and Humanities Research at Istanbul University (Approval date 13.03.2024, Approval number: 2476345). In addition, written permission was obtained from the relevant hospital to conduct the study. All participants were informed of the study’s objectives, procedures, and potential risks and were informed of their right to withdraw at any time. The questionnaire did not request names, phone numbers, or personal details, and all identifying features were removed. Written consent was obtained from the participants. The study sample consisted of nurses who voluntarily agreed to participate. Informed consent was obtained from all participants.
