: Ethical approval was obtained through Ethics Committee, Faculty of Health Sciences at Palacký University Olomouc in the Czech Republic: UPOL − 17700/1070–2020 granted piloting the SLERT tool in the Czech Republic on 12/01/2022; UPOL − 149073/FZV-2023 on 25/05/2023, granting research. All procedures adhered strictly to relevant standards and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Participation was voluntary based on informed consent; participants were informed that participation would not impact their studies in any way, and they could withdraw from the study at any time. No withdrawals occurred. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured throughout the process; students were allocated numbers. Due to the lower number of participants from some countries, it was decided to keep the verbatim unidentifiable in terms of country of origin to protect students’ anonymity unless they chose to refer to a country in their statements.
