: In order to carry out the study, the ethics committee approval was obtained from Istanbul Medipol University’s Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Number: E-10840098-772.02-2164, Date: 04.04.2022, Decision Number:300) and the permission for the study conduct was obtained from the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate. Participants were informed of the aims and procedures of the study. Written consent was obtained from the participants stating that they agreed to participate in the research. Measures were taken to protect the confidentiality and anonymity of nurses.Data confidentiality was maintained throughout the study. Participants were informed that they had the right to refuse participation or withdraw from the study at any point. The Declaration of Helsinki was adhered to throughout the study.
