: Institutional approval was obtained from the School of Nursing where the research was conducted. This study was approved by the Dokuz Eylul University Non-Invasive Research Ethics Committee, affiliated with Dokuz Eylul University (Approval Date: 22/09/2021, Decision Number: 2021/26 − 08). All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and complied with all relevant ethical guidelines and regulations. Prior to data collection, all participants were provided with detailed information regarding the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study. They were also informed about the use of a voice recorder during the interviews. Written and verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before participation. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. To ensure confidentiality and minimize potential coercion, interviews were conducted by the first researcher, who had no educational relationship with the participants. The researcher assured participants that all collected data would remain confidential and that their participation would not influence their academic progress in any way.
