: Ethical clearance for this study was granted by the Institutional Research and Ethics Committee (IREC) of Moi University College of Health Sciences and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital IREC no. FAN0004809 and licenced by The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) licence no. NACOSTI/P24/38014.
