: This study was conducted following the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval for this research was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of Alborz University of Medical Sciences (IR.ABZUMS.REC.1401.171). Before their involvement, students received both oral and written descriptions regarding the objectives of the study, highlighting the voluntary nature and anonymity of their participation, as well as the confidentiality of their data. Additionally, participants were made aware of their entitlement to withdraw from the study at any time, without any coercion to persist should they experience discomfort or reconsider their decision.
