: Research permission was obtained from the non-interventional ethics committee of Turgut Ozal University (Decision number: 2024/01) and then institutional permission was obtained from the training and research hospital where the research would be conducted. The purpose of the research and ethical issues were notified to the nurses through the data collection form and their verbal and written permissions were obtained before the form was filled. No name-surname was requested in the data collection form and it was stated that the data obtained would not be shared with third persons. The research was conducted in accordance with the Principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
