: Ethical approval was obtained by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (REC /NSG 06). In addition, administrative clearance was obtained from the director and the chief nursing officer of the NCI Sri Lanka, prior to data collection.
