: Institutional permission was obtained from the hospital where the study was conducted. Additionally, ethics committee approval was granted by the İnönü University Health Sciences Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Decision Number: 2023/5003), and verbal and written informed consent was obtained from all participating nurses. Data collection was carried out by the research team under the supervision of human resources specialists. All data were encrypted and securely stored in accordance with the institution’s data security and confidentiality policies. The questionnaires were completed voluntarily and anonymously by the participants. Throughout the process, the confidentiality of participants’ information was safeguarded, and the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki were rigorously upheld.
