: Ethical approval from the Non-Interventional Ethics Committee of Izmir City Hospital was obtained (Date: 11.09.2024; Ethics Approval Number:2024/136). Permission was obtained from Izmir Provincial Health Directorate. In addition, detailed information about the study was provided to the nurses who formed the sample of the study. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study.
