: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from Mersin University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (February 17, 2021/number: 04). After obtaining ethical approval, institutional approvals were obtained from the Mersin University Pediatrics Polyclinics (E-32705888-774.01.01-1614243) and the Family Health Centres affiliated to the Toroslar and Yenişehir District Health Directorates of the Mersin Provincial Health Directorate (June 14, 2022/number:16). In the face-to-face interviews conducted by the researcher with the fathers who constituted the participant group, the content and purpose of the study were explained. The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, and written and verbal informed consent to participate was obtained. Also, the study used online data collection forms designed to be environmentally sensitive.
