: This study involved no patients, medical interventions, or vulnerable persons. It was conducted solely with adult nursing professionals who voluntarily participated and provided informed consent. In accordance with the Information Sheet on Regulations Governing the Ethics Committee of Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin [Satzung der Ethikkommission der Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin] [], ethical review is recommended for research involving potential risks to participants. As this qualitative, non-interventional study posed no such risks, formal ethics approval was not required. The study was conducted in alignment with national ethical standards and adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ICN Code of Ethics.
