: Written permission was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of State Hospital, Health Sciences University and xx Training and Research Hospital (Ethics number: 28.11.2019-104). The study was quasi-experimental and therefore did not receive a clinical trial number. The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki. The physicians and nurses working in the clinic where the study would be conducted were informed verbally and in writing and informed consent was obtained for the study. Prior to the study, written and verbal permissions were obtained from the relatives of unconscious individuals based on the principle of willingness and voluntariness.
