: The potential participants were informed of the research study after the Atlantic Health System Institutional Review Board, responsible for research ethics, at the research site and approved the research protocol, the written consent process, and the consent form (Study # 1605198). Prior to the interview, a review of the written consent form was provided to participants by one of the researchers. The purpose of the study, expectations of participation including multiple interviews and audio recording, voluntary nature of the study, and the ability to discontinue participation and any time. Permission for audio recording and transcription of interviews was explained and was also noted in the written consent. Confidentiality of records and information was reviewed. Consent for publication of general information, without individual identification, was provided in the written consent and reviewed verbally. Each participant signed a consent form. The authors confirm that the conduct of this study was consistent with the method approved by the Institutional Review Board, regulations, including but not limited to the Declaration of Helsinki.
