: Ethical approval for the study was granted by the Human Sciences Ethics Committee of the Helsinki Region Universities of Applied Sciences (24.3.2021). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [], which outlines ethical principles for medical research involving human participants, as well as the guidelines for responsible and ethical research established by the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity []. Participants in the study were given the option to volunteer for the study as an alternative to a course assignment designated by their nursing educator. Comprehensive information about the study was provided to participants both in writing and orally. This information emphasized that participation was entirely voluntary and that their decision to participate or not would have no impact on their grades or academic evaluations. Participants were also assured of the anonymity of their responses. Only students who provided written informed consent were included in the study. Additionally, individual consent was sought for the audio recording of interviews, ensuring that data anonymity was maintained.
