: Before starting the research, permission was obtained from Istanbul Beykent University Social and Human Sciences Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Board with the decision number 247 dated 02.08.2022. Written permission was obtained from the institution where the research was conducted. After the information about the research was given, the caregivers who agreed to participate voluntarily were asked to read and sign the consent forms prepared for each group. One of the researchers who completed the implementation phase of the research works as a faculty member in the Department of Fundamentals of Nursing, and the other researcher works as a training nurse in the hospital.
