: Approval for the study was granted by the Research Ethics Committee of Prince Sultan College of Health Sciences (P-095). Additionally, the IRBs of the participant universities in the Philippines (0321), India (2529MCN/202S), and Egypt (ERCNMA 1000/4/17/27/24) provided branch-specific appropriateness approvals. The study complied with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The participants provided their informed consents in writing after being fully informed about the voluntary nature of the engagement and the ability to withdraw anytime. Confidentiality was maintained through participant coded files, the anonymization of records, secure storage of data in locked cabinets with limited access, and de-identified aggregating reporting.
