: Ethical approval and consent to participate in the interviews: The study received approval from the Ethics Committee of the CCG at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (approval number 2020-13, July 12, 2019) in accordance with the ethics committee’s ethical standards, as well as the Helsinki Statement. Prior to the interviews, all the participants signed an informed consent form in which they agreed to the interview being conducted and recorded and to the data being used for scientific purposes.
