: For the RN4Cast follow up study, ethical approval was provided by the ethics committee of the institute of psychology and ergonomics from the Berlin University of Technology, request number: WIN_01_20140908. The project was deemed ethically harmless. Registered nurses were informed about the aims, purposes and anonymity of the paper-based survey and participated on a voluntary basis. Individual written consent was obtained and had to be included in the prepaid envelope with the survey response. The survey was performed in adherence to the Declaration of Helsinki, ensuring participants were met with respect and their rights and interest were protected by strict anonymity and voluntary participation. Data was kept de-identified and secured in compliance with data protection.
