: The aim and methodology of this study were clearly explained to all participants, from whom written informed consent was obtained. Ethical principles focusing on confidentiality and data privacy were maintained throughout the study. After the intervention, the educational content of the program was also provided to the control group. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the ethics committee of the School of Public Health at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd (IR.SSU.SPH.REC.1403.022). This study has been registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials () with the number IRCT20240515061812N1 (Date 16.06.2024).
