: The local ethics committee of the Bern University of Applied Sciences confirmed that the study did not require a full ethical review and was not covered by the Swiss Federal Law on research involving humans. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was voluntary for all participating companies and employees, and all participants were able to terminate the interview and their participation at any time. Before the interviews, informed consent was obtained from all participants. Since the interviews were conducted via Microsoft Teams, participants received a detailed information sheet in advance, outlining the study’s purpose, procedure, data processing, and confidentiality measures. Written consent was obtained before the interview, and at the beginning of the conversation, participants were again informed about their rights. Additionally, verbal consent was obtained. To ensure transparency, participants had the opportunity to ask questions at any time before giving their consent.
