: All respondents were fully informed about the study objectives and provided informed consent. An email with information about consent and confidentiality of the survey data was sent. The email also included a link to the online questionnaire. The mandatory question for consent was the first question in the online questionnaire, which stated: ‘Do you consent to using your answers to the questions in the questionnaire for research purposes?’ If the respondents did not give permission, they could not continue the questionnaire. Informed consent was obtained from all the respondents. All data were collected and analyzed anonymously. We conducted our study following the relevant guidelines and regulations of the Declaration of Helsinki. According to Dutch law (WMO) [], permission is required from an Ethics Committee []. According to the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act, our study is exempt from formal review by the ethics committee (METC Office) at Amsterdam UMC, as declared in POS-PZV 2024-0157.
