: The study received approval from the Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Ethics Committee for Medicine and Health Sciences − 2 (Sports & Health) (Date: 03.09.2024 – Decision No: 240100/103). Permission was also obtained from the faculty where the participants were enrolled. Informed consent was obtained from all participants after a detailed explanation of the study was provided. Audio recordings were kept confidential, and participants were anonymized via codes (e.g., P1, P2). Voluntariness, confidentiality, and nonmaleficence principles were rigorously followed. The participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time. During the observation process, the participants were notified in advance. The confidentiality and security of all the collected data were the responsibility of the researchers. All the quotations used in the reporting were anonymized. The study adhered to the updated principles of the Helsinki Declaration at all stages.
