: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, reference INF-2017-03. Approval date: 19-12-2017, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki 2024. All participants were given a dossier containing information about the nature and objectives of the research, along with an informed consent form which they had to sign. It was made clear that all data would remain anonymous and confidential and be used solely for research purposes.
