: This study was approved by the research ethics committee from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine Clinical Research Ethics Committee (16.04.2019/A-09). Necessary written permission was obtained from the hospital administrations where the research was conducted. Permission was obtained from the authors who developed the scales and who conducted Turkish validity and reliability studies. The study adhered to the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all nurses who were the participants of the study. Data collection tools answered by the nurses were collected by the researcher.
