: Ethical approvals were obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Reference number HSEARS20220913002) and the special schools before data collection started. This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the implementation of the program, written consents were obtained from the participants, and they were provided with a detailed explanation of the study objectives, procedure, and ethical issues. The parents were told that participation in the research study was voluntary, and they could withdraw at any time.
