: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the School of Healthcare Research Ethics Committee at the University of Leeds, reference HREC 20 − 001. Participants were given an information sheet explaining the purpose of the study, risks and benefits, confidentiality and data management. Written consent was taken including permission to audio-record the interviews and participants were assured that taking part was entirely voluntary and that they could discontinue the interview at any point without giving a reason. To ensure confidentiality, data from the interviews was anonymised by using numeric and alpha identification (I.D) codes and stored securely on a password protected computer.
