: The necessary permissions for adapting the Nurse Occupational Stigma Scale (NOSS) into Turkish were obtained via email by the original developers of the scale. This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Health Sciences Research and Publication Ethics Committee of Bursa Uludağ University (Date: 2025-05, Ethics Committee Decision No: 2). Written informed consent was obtained from participants. Participation in the study was voluntary and participants were informed about the study before answering the questionnaire. The information included details of the purpose and implementation of the study and a statement that participants could stop answering the questionnaire at any stage.
