The study was approved by the Research Ethics Review Committee of Wollega University and approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of La Trobe University (reference number: 1082/2024). Permission letters were also obtained from the study institutions (Ref.no: NMASO/211/2024, Ref.no: 782-8-16). Written informed consent was received from each participant prior to commencing interviews. The interviews were conducted in private rooms and, therefore, privacy was ensured. To ensure confidentiality, data were stored and handled securely to protect them from unauthorised access. For anonymity purposes, code names were assigned, and participant quotes are presented using code names.
