: This study was approved by the ethics committee of the German Society of Nursing Science (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Pflegewissenschaft) on October 4th, 2024, application no. 24 − 018. Participation in the study is voluntary and based on written informed consent. Before participating, informed consent will be obtained from all study participants. Research findings are disseminated through presentations at national and international conferences and publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Results of the surveys will be presented to the participating nursing homes.
