: Researchers confirm that study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for this study was obtained in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. The Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Nursing at Benha University in Egypt granted approval for the study (approval code: REC-NA-P80). In addition, a formal letter outlining the title and objectives of the study was submitted to the director of the Benha University Hospital for permission to collect data at the hospital, with the approval of the dean of Benha University, Faculty of Nursing. Staff nurses provided informed consent to participate after being fully informed about all aspects of the study. The study posed no direct or indirect risk to the staff nurses in terms of diagnosis or treatment.
