: Ethics committee approval was received from the Medical and Health Sciences Research Board of the Baskent University where the research was conducted (KA23/423, decision numbered 23/206, dated 27/12/2023). All the participants provided written informed consent for their enrolment in the study. They were informed of their right to withdraw from participation at any time during the research until publication. Data confidentiality was guaranteed, and the results were made available to the participants upon request. All the interventions were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
