: This study received ethical approval from the Non-Interventional Research Ethics Committee of SBU Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan VARANK Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, on March 8, 2023, with approval number 2023/41. Prior to the interviews, participants were informed about the purpose of the study and were assured that they could withdraw or terminate the interview at any time. Written informed consent was obtained from all nurses who agreed to participate. The informed consent form clearly stated that participation was voluntary. Additionally, it included explanations regarding the principles of confidentiality, privacy protection, anonymity, and data security. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
