: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Health Sciences University Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital (Approval date: 29 August 2022; Registration number: 145/10). Official permission was also obtained from the institution where the study was conducted. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (Identifier: NCT05974592; registered on July 26, 2023). Written and verbally informed consent was obtained from all participants before and after explaining the study details and prior to the baseline assessment and randomization.
