: This study was conducted with the approval of the Ethical Review Board of the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (Approval No. ERC/2024/13, dated 28 June 2024), and in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All relevant research ethics standards were strictly adhered to throughout the investigation. Participants received both verbal and written information about the study, including their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participants were independent of the researchers, and unique codes were assigned to protect their identities and ensure anonymity.
