: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee at Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón on February 10, 2023, under the Unique Protocol ID FEARFALL_CARE (protocol version 3.3). Additional approval was granted in October 2022 by the Central Research Commission of the Madrid Primary Care Management Board (approval number: 20220036).
